That’s why I think allowing a small number of politicians, or activist judges in St. Paul to decide is not acceptable.  It is time to empower Minnesota with a choice to define marriage,” said Senator Limmer.  “Our intent is to take a proactive approach, giving the public time to get information and discuss the issue in their communities well in advance [of] the 2012 Election.”
