NY Senator Rev. Diaz Pulling Out of NY Minority Caucus

Via Capital Confidential: Sen. Ruben Diaz Sr. sent a letter to the bicameral Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asian Legislative Caucus announcing his departure due to “different philosophies” separating himself and the group. Although not specified, we’re betting those differences have to do with same-sex marriage and not, say, hydrofracking. Here’s the letter.
